(1) Bitumen Process Technology (formulations) for complete range of bituminous range of coatings, Bitumen emulsions, Bitumen sealants, Polymer Modified Bitumen(PMB), C-R-M-B, Bitumen Adhesives, Polymer bitumen modified water proofing sheets, pipe Coat of high build Bitumen and Tar base.
(2) Setting up the whole Bitumen process plant, Bitumen plant, utilities design, & Fabrication & bitumen poly sheets manufacturing line set up commissioning the Production.
(3) Supplying of Technology & Formulation for all range of modern construction Chemicals, of cementious composites, tile adhesives, wall putty, Epoxy, Poly urethane Coatings, Epoxy three part, Grouting for machineries installation, Epoxy Tar Modified roof coating, Acrylic water proofing coatings for seamless water proofing,Single & 2 part Poly urethane joint sealants (moisture curing) and Concrete High Strength Admixtures.
(4) Design & Fabrication of process mixers, Blenders and variable Speed mixers for Manufacturing complete range of powder and polymer based construction chemicals.
(5) Providing complete process technology for manufacturing Pharma and Textile Grade Tannic acid by plant seed extraction process. Design & Setting of Tannic acid process Plant line with all utilities, Q.C. , R & D lab setting.
(6) Technical information will be provided to develop the other Natural Powder Extracts like Green tea, Carcinia Gambhogia Extract of OH-CITRIC ACID
Product Development, Shade Development & Trouble shooting techniques. Should be a Post Graduate in General Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Technology
(7) Technology for producing all range of industrial grade bitumens (ASPHALT) 30/40,10/20, 60/70, 85/25, 90/15, 90/25 and 115/15.Gilsonite powders plus setting oxidation plants and its utilities for manufacturing the Above Oxidised Grade Bitumens. (8) Issuing of mix formulation with raw material sources for processing the bitumen modified polymeric compounds ( Atactic Poly Propylene APP ) modified bitumen mix S-B-S, E-V-A modified bitumen rubberized mix for manufacturing water proofing sheets and design, Set up the bitumen Poly process mixers with all utilities. Acrylic mixers, sealant mixers and packing machines.
(9) Issuing of ultra modern formulation and mixing process for manufacturing the thermoplastic road marking paints yellow and white shades and process mixers setting.
